Ingredients for 4 Servings
| 400 g | Champignon |
| 1 pieces | Onion |
| little | Oil for Frying |
| little | Salt and Pepper |
| 2 tbps | Flour |
| 2 dl | Bouillon or Salted Water |
| 4 dl | Cream or Milk |

Mushroom Creme Sauce
| 400 g | Champignon |
| 1 pieces | Onion |
| little | Oil for Frying |
| little | Salt and Pepper |
| 2 tbps | Flour |
| 2 dl | Bouillon or Salted Water |
| 4 dl | Cream or Milk |
Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into little pieces. Add onion and mushrooms with a little oil to the frying pan and apply salt and pepper. Less is more, you will get a second chance to add salt later. Fry this for about 7-10 minutes, until the mushrooms lost most of their volume and become soft. Add the flour to the fried mushrooms and stir. While frying the mushrooms, boil the boullion or salted water and add it to the frying pan when the mushrooms are ready. Let it boil until about a ¼ of the water is left. Then add the cream/milk and let it boil until you reached your desired thickness. You can also add more flour but be careful not to create lumps. Now taste the sauce and add salt until you like it.
