Healthy Omelette

Ingredients for 4 Servings

2 Eggs
80 gWholemeal Flour
140 mlMilk 1.5%, or Water
0.5 tspSalt
littleOil for Frying

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let them stand for about 15 minutes. On a coated frying pan you should be able to cook them with very little oil. Eat with ham or applesauce. Perfect protein-rich snack for in between or as a full meal.
